PERSONAL MUSIC CDs
provide musical support
during periods of transition,
creativity, personal development,
illness, or short or long-term
stress. Her work is based
on creating uniquely tailored
music compositions for
over 10,000 individuals.
What is a Personal
Music CD?
A compilation of musical
sequences, specially selected
for the movement they
initiate in your body.
Sound waves flowing through
the body as vibration,
liberate the tensions
& 'blockages' that
exist at all levels of
the individual - mind,
body & emotions -
resolving incomplete experiences
that are often the ‘root’
of the problem.
The movement we describe
is subtle, happening at
a cellular level and is
usually only noticeable
to you as some or all
of the following - physical
sensations (tingling,
heat, pressure, musical
'thrills' etc), unrelated
thoughts or imagery not
necessarily connected
to each other, sensations
& imagery of energy
&/or color, memories
about past events, emotions
you may have experienced
in connection with those
memories, deep relaxation,
sleep. Any initial discomfort
or emotional release will
be temporary & pass
quickly as the blockages
clear & balance is
restored.
What does a PM CD
sound like?
A series of musical melodies
or simple intervals played
with a selection of instruments
- strings, woodwind, brass.
The choice of instruments
& melodies will determine
where the sound will focus
most vibration & movement.
Each track lasts from
30 secs to 5 or 6 minutes.
Cds are usually 30- 40
mins duration.
What can I expect
to achieve from listening
to my CD?
Regular listening accomplishes
a significant change in
how you feel about your
requested theme, whatever
it may be. Changes can
happen quickly but may
take longer depending
on the frequency of your
listening & how long
the theme has been present
in your life.
How do I request a
Personal Music CD?
Qualified Sound Therapist,
Sheila Hill offers private
consultations at 'Oh Darling!'
in Sheen, SW14 or at her
home in Twickenham. She
asks you for information
that is relevant to making
your CD. As she compiles
your CD, you listen to
a piece of Arden's music
that begins your listening
experience.
If you pay in cash, you
can take your CD on the
same day. CDs paid for
by cheque will be sent
to you once your payment
clears. We can only accept
card payments for your
appointment via PayPal
in advance of your booking
(3.9% processing fee)
Personal Music CDs are
also available by completing
our questionnaire downloaded
here. Complete
your details & return
it to us with a recent
photo. Send either by
email (scan the photo)
or snail mail (address
on the form).

How long does it take?
A Personal Consultation
lasts up to 90 mins, including
preparing your CD. Postal
requests take as long
as we require to clear
