October 30 - 31 - Autophonetics Training, Basic Level. Price: 65.00 (1 1/2 days)
Course Content: Introducing 'Autophonetics' - 'personalized' sound therapy using your own voice! Our vocal technique combines working with voice and body to re-tune your whole system. A fun, relaxing and informative workshop that helps you develop greater self-awareness and expression, working with your body to release tension and express your onw 'inner' sound.
Basic Level: Introduces the 5 elements which promote a release of tensions in the body (neutralizing, opening, breaking, flowing and integration) that form an integral part of the INNER SOUND Motifs and the musical structure of the INNER SOUND CDs. Practical exercises & theory instruction throughout the workshop.
